At Checa life is celebrated through food, drinks and friends. It's a small and informal neighborhood restaurant tucked away at the end of Ringvägen in Stockholm, where owner Valentin Checa shares his journey of Peruvian cuisine from recipes from his childhood to his modern, unique style of cooking.
Walking into the restaurant you're met with the hero of the identity painted on one of the walls – an abstract pattern in soft yet upbeat colours inspired by the Peruvian kitchen. From there grew a visual language exploring the open, curious and relaxed vibe of the restaurant, with crisp typography and printed materials juxtaposed with the playful key art.
